Prioritizing mental health is more critical than ever. Younger generations are growing up in a world dominated by social media, spending over three hours a day on their phones, weakening introspection. The culture of digital oversharing is reshaping how personal identities are formed. The COVID-19 pandemic has further deepened this crisis, creating new mental health issues due to isolation and worsening existing ones, affecting millions globally.
Intus aims to restore the value of intimacy and counter oversharing through a non-invasive approach that ensures privacy. The "Air" section uses social media-like tools for self-expression, while "Explore" helps identify emotions based on the Dalai Lama and Dr. Ekman’s classifications. Finally, "Visit" stores all generated content for future reflection.
